Yes, actually I plan to apply non-OA as first choice. However, I get the application form from local Thai consulate and there is a field request for "Guarantor in Thailand" which requires name, phone number and address of the person. Moreover, there is also request for long term accommodation address(may be need to cover one year). I don't have any friends or relatives in Thailand so that it seems I can't proceed for non-OA. Then I changed to non-O 90 days in order to open bank account after entering Thailand..
