I get non-O 90 days visa. I plan to use the visa to enter Thailand at May and open bank account. Make deposit of 800k and then leave Thailand 2 months later in order to apply for the non-O retirement 1 year. My question is can I use tourist visa to enter Thailand and then apply for the retirement visa? Or I must still use non-O 90 days visa to enter Thailand for the application of retirement visa?

Can I appy for re-entry stamp of my non-O 90 days visa at airport or immigration office ? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants to know if they can enter Thailand on a tourist visa and later apply for a non-O retirement visa, or if they must use their non-O 90-day visa to enter first. Additionally, they ask about the possibility of obtaining a re-entry stamp for their non-O visa. Comments confirm that a re-entry permit can be obtained at the immigration office or airport, and outline the possibility of applying for a non-O visa in-country if returning before the current visa expires is not possible.

You can get a re-entry permit at the immigration office where you live/stay or at the airport before you fly out

IF you can't get back into the country before your 90 day Non-O entry stamp would run out you can apply at most immigration offices for a 90 day non-O visa in country by meeting the requirements

If you're not going to make it back before that 90 day Non-O stamp runs out, once you get here free stamp GO to the immigration office where you live/stay, if they can issue in country Non-O visas get the hand out listing the requirements.
