I'm applying for non-O 90 days visa outside from home country. I uploaded 2 days ago the hotel booking receipt of first 15 days as it requested for "long-term accommodation proof". Unfortunaately I receive reply email that "proof of long-term accommodation for 90 days" is requested. Does it means that I really need to provide a lease contract? But the point is I only able to find long-term rental house after entering Thailand!!! Anyone can give advice, thanks

Good evening everyone I was born in Italy but I have been living in London for 26 years. I am 59 years old and would really like to retire in Thailand where I have already traveled several times and where I met a lady and would like to get married. Question: what do I need from A to Z to do this? bank account, visas, if I need to have a house with her etc.. Thank you all so much

Is it better or does it matter to have a Thai condo lease prior to DTV application? Does it help the case? Kinda hard to get a 1 year lease when you dont know if youll get the dtv so 1 year lease on a tourist visa is a bit shady but, i would guess legal?

Any experience with this?

Thanks

Hi after some advice re registering address and 90 day reporting. For the last year and a half I have been living in Udon Thani with a woman, staying at her house. I registered with immigration when I first moved there. Also I have a yellow book for the address. We have now gone our separate ways and I have moved to a different province. At the moment I am staying in hotels so I assume no problem with TM30 registration as this will be done by the hotel. In the next week or so my plan would be to find some long term accommodation. What I would like to know how it works. Somehow I will have to register at this new address. I also have a 90 day report due in the next 3-4 weeks. And finally what happens about the yellow book. I would be really grateful for any info or guidance on how to sort things out. If it makes any difference I am here on a yearly extension of a non o visa for retirement.
