you can use any address. Hotel will work. Never heard that good character money spinner before😂, usually need a proof of residence from immigration, 100 baht. Though I opened one with krungsri, didn't need it

Google Thailand GDP(A). Google how many retirement visas are issued x 800k baht(B). A÷B = you answer. Never thought I'd have to teach a Facebook economist such basic economic.

If you have a Thai you trust have them call around all the dealerships(if buying new) and negotiate all the discounts and add-ons (Google your car brand for an idea) they'd rather loose a sale than give a foreigner a fair deal
