Yeah, that’s why I asked. My gf showed me Thai Immigration info that was saying it was required. I think it was relevant to medical visa is all.

Also, if I am the owner of the business, am I allowed to do work in the business, like being the cook in the restaurant?

I am wondering if you are required to hire a number of Thai employees in order to get the visa. In other words, if I had a business that was solely run by myself with no employees, would I still qualify.

They are discussing the Ayo visa. I don’t know if that applies to a business visa.

It appears once you’ve shown the test before arriving in Thailand, there is no second test. I walked into the Bangkok airport and out the CM airport and nothing was asked. I even asked if they wanted test papers. Nope.

I talked with someone who did the Test N Go. Was given a written copy of the test result but no one ever asked to see it. For the Sandbox, the system for reporting the results reportedly, by the hotel, has broken down and the government hasn’t done anything to correct the issue. I took the follow up test and never received anything but a photo of the test result. The hotel offered a second kit if anything was needed at the airport or Immigration. Will find out today, leaving from BKK to CM.

I’ve got that. I’d be afraid Thai government wouldn’t accept it. I don’t wanna be gambling at this point.
