I am filling out the online Thailand Pass. When I got to the insurance component that asked for proof of insurance, nowhere did I see a way to upload an entire receipt for that proof of insurance—in other words, I would need to screenshots for the complete receipt. Help, please.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is having trouble uploading proof of insurance while filling out the Thailand Pass online application. They mention needing to upload an entire receipt, but it seems there is no option for that. Comments suggest that a single-page insurance certificate suffices, and that applicants have received a one-page certificate from providers, which should include COVID cover information.

Unfortunately for me, the insurance certificate does not include anything more than the policy number. Not proof of insurance.
