What is the easiest way to enter Thailand from a non-approved country while fully vaccinated?

My eyes glaze over trying to figure out how to get into Thailand. When I read needing a police record and proof of being free of numerous diseases, I wonder if it’s really this much of a challenge. The last time I came into Thailand it seems I went through Customs, they gave me a thirty day pass and I was on my way. Once in, I applied for a Non-O. No problem. What is the easiest way these days coming from a non-approved country, fully vaccinated with government certificate?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user expresses confusion over entry requirements for Thailand, such as needing a police record and health documentation, contrasting it with their previous experience of entering with a 30-day pass and later applying for a Non-O visa. Commenters clarify that entry is possible via visa exemption if financial requirements are met, mention the Sandbox program for vaccinated travelers, and suggest obtaining the Non-O visa prior to arrival.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES

Sandbox can be any country if vaccinated, 7 days in Phuket or one of the other locations.

See my reply to Stuart. Why would I want to add more bureaucracy with Sandbox? Any advantage?

Well you said you are coming from non approved country and are fully vaçcinated so you can either do sandbox where you can leave the hotel after receiving results of first test or do the quarantine in an ASQ where you cannot leave room until its complete.

Having done 4 full 14 day quarantines and sandbox i know which i prefer.

You can certainly enter visa exempt and apply for an in country non O as long as you have the financials in place.

Sorry I am not aware of the specifics of the insurance requirements. I believe that now it doesn’t have to state Covid cover but I’m not 100% certain of the new rules.

Wow they did that in the early days of ASQ but I thought they’d all dropped that requirement now.

It's not easy, In fact I don't see how it could be more difficult. My Thai gf passport expires 2 Jan. She can't stay in uk and at the moment it seems can't get back. I guess we'll try the moon.

You would have to get 2 rooms for the one night. After that then you’d be fine.

From the airport it will most likely be an approved van or limousine. Probably the easiest leg of the trip.

So much simpler than doing the sandbox or ThaiPass. I’ll have my vaccination pass, 50,000 insurance and approved quarantine hotel.

Today is the first day so there are problems of course, but everyone needs to do the ThaiPass now for entry.

It only went live today and thousands are trying to use. I’d expect teething problems.
