I couldn't get to a place where I could pay again. It was as is if I already paid, but I hadn't. It was sitting in limbo. Eventually it'll probably catch up and I'll just cancel it, as I submitted another.
I was using a tablet. I left that application as is and submitted a new one. This one allowed me to actually submit payment and is currently in the "processing"phase. Hopefully no more issues!
You got further than I did! I submitted the application, got to the payment, then it jumped to payment pending status without my actually paying. Now I can't get back to the page where I would submit payment. So it's sitting there and I'm starting over.
