ORIGINAL POSTERCan't review pdf I sent in to thai consulate I come statement . They just canceled last 80 usd visa denied passport # was off but I was sure I checked several times . Now I can't view my documents it just sits and spins. You can't put each bank statement in crazy I made a scanned pdf I can't see its in there or not now I paid another 80 . The site is not good. If u can't review your files how can they charge you . Crazy

Thailand doesn't do simple. Everywhere you will meet overmanning; over complication; over fussiness as everyone is scared to make a decision + their IT department can't cope with English.

Sorry, but I find their system bulletproof if you are honest and a genuine retirement applicant and also for extensions. It’s all a part of integrating with Thais and not about wanting to be another nationality encroaching on their Culture. Respect the same as you expect in your country.

You got further than I did! I submitted the application, got to the payment, then it jumped to payment pending status without my actually paying. Now I can't get back to the page where I would submit payment. So it's sitting there and I'm starting over.

I couldn't get to a place where I could pay again. It was as is if I already paid, but I hadn't. It was sitting in limbo. Eventually it'll probably catch up and I'll just cancel it, as I submitted another.Roger *******

have not seen a way to cancel once pnt is made if you got no receipt in the email or you press show all applications and it doesn't say reviewing documents then you can start over .Reply to

I was using a tablet. I left that application as is and submitted a new one. This one allowed me to actually submit payment and is currently in the "processing"phase. Hopefully no more issues!Reply to

You can only upload one document per section so you have to merge 3 PDF files to create one. If ypu've paid you cannot edit it.

iprinted them all out scanned everypage and uploaded it but can't see my upload my location doc it kept putting my passport in there finally was able to see that one it changed but never could see ink statements when I tried to review this is second timeReply to
