Means find a flight now, and there are 3 or so every few days back to Europe. Visa extensions granted after 31 Jul will not be entertain caused the flight was too expensive, your inconvenienced in your home country, medical is better here. All those excuses won't wash after 31 Jul. Asylum? Try claiming that upon entry not after being here 3 months, dun work that way.
