so in this scenario #3 if my son is enrolled on a visa with an international school and my husband and I are both on Ed visas's there is no requirement to be on an Guardian visa? I think this is the part that trips me up...everyone is saying that if a foreigner has a child in an international school they have to support said child with the Guardian visa and 500,000 bhat in a Thai bank...

it looks like some thai schools charge bhat for 6 month group lessons or for 1 year. Prices vary. Then ofcourse you have to factor in the 1900 I am assuming for the visa extention...

Do you know if this also applies to Chiang Mai or how I may find out?
