unless they put some kind of stamp in your passport you have nothing to really worry about although it may be difficult for you to get in, you're going to have to use some kind of agency to get fast tracked at an airport into the country with a visa. How long was your overstay? Where and how did you encounter the immigration police?
Somewhere in your documents you should have that you're okay to be a remote worker and specifically in Thailand and you won't be dealing with any Thai businesses people or entities as clients.

If you can show the paper trail, amount leaving your AUS bank on X date, same amount being deposited into your Kbank account on Y date, any reasonable IO will accept the documents.
