You applied for the wrong Visa, you applied for the OA Visa which you can only get in your home country. You need to apply for the Non immigrant O Visa, which has zero requirements except for being 50 and the funding.

When setting up the reason for transfer, you choose the very last choice funds for long-term stay. In a perfect world it would be marked as such when it comes into your Thai Bank. You didn't say what your Thai bank is, Wise has limited the number of Thai Banks they will send funds to. Regardless, if your funds come in not marked as international transfer you can get the paperwork to prove to any reasonable IO the transfer came from abroad.

Yes to install the app you're probably going to have to go into the bank, bring your passport and make sure that the passport number they have on file is the same as matching your phone, passport and SIM number from your SIM provider. If it were Bangkok Bank you'd probably lose your account, but with KTB who knows. Do not talk about your Visa. Talk about installing on a new phone.
