Perhaps "A group set up to help and advise members with questions about Visas or Extensions of Stay to stay inside Thailand. This help and advice can be given by all members with their own knowledge or experience. BUT you'll need to ask our permission to do so, AND we'll delete anything we disagree with" :D

to be fair, people join up to a group that describes itself as "A group set up to help and advise members with questions about Visas or Extensions of Stay to stay inside Thailand. This help and advice can be given by all members with their own knowledge or experience." and yet more often than not become gagged when they offer advice based on their knowledge or experience. Perhaps change this description so that people don't feel misled and suppressed.
