Not too bad but I had been looking forward to going in person and getting it done in 2 days at HCMC (they are also changing to online). Now worried about the "system" finding some ridiculous typographical error. Not sure why it can't be revised. Heard a story of a fella who the system flagged as having put an "0" instead of "O" in his name - so his passport name and application name didn't match. Ridiculous that such a thing results in total forfeiture of the application fee. Anyways, hopefully this works well for some (I'll probably still try from here as well).

Rejected and lose the fee payment? Absolutely insane. Sorry you have to deal with this bureaucratic nightmare.

it is up to the discretion of the immigration officer. They may ask for proof of onward travel.
