TDAC is an arrival card nothing to do with visa. If you are worried just get a tourist visa

Your TDAC is an electronic arrival card it has nothing to do either with any visa or length of stay

The only way to get on the Blue Book is worth PR

But you can get a yellow book & pink ID card (as others have said) which acts as proof of address

I would take a look at this group. You will need to have held a work permit for a minimum of 3 years and relevant salary etc.

I hold PR it can be done but you need all your ducks lined up

For PR or citizenship you need to be working for three years amongst other requirements.

If you are married you can go directly for citizenship and skip PR

Your documents need to be translated and in my experience certified by the Thai embassy in your home country then verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
