You may find this article useful, unfortunately most Amphur have their own set of requirements so it’s worth just asking at the Amphur first.

For a proof of residency to get a certified copy of your passport get a residency certificate from your local immigrant.

To obtain PR in Thailand you need to have been working in Thailand for a minimum of three years with relevant work permit & visa along with meeting other requirements

the TDAC is not a visa it’s an arrival card so wouldn’t help overcome any visa issues

I have replied several times to your different posts giving you the same information as others as long as the property owner or hotel or … registers you on a TM 30 that’s fine

You can take the photos at the place you are living at as long as the owner gives you permission

As others have said using an agent to open a bank account invites problems. It is partly due to activities of agents that the issue that are happening now are happening

You can do this really easily all by yourself in Buriram. In many cases once you start with an agent you are locked in with them

If you are looking at citizenship you would need three years of work permits amongst other requirements. If you are not married to a Thai you would also need to get Permanent Residency first.
