Easiest would go to the local immigration with your passport, push the button on the pez-dispenser near the entrance …option that says 90 day, take the ticket & wait around 5-10 minutes. Go from there. Or just send wife or gf with your passport. Or do online.

inquiring about marriage to a (prostitute) bar girl, if so I would think the answer would be the same in every country. At which point the only other questions to get future disposition would be, is she educated or from a poor family; how old is she; does the family mama know her profession; does she clean & cook excellent Thai food. Actually all that matters is keeping the household clean, taking care of the pets & cooking top restaurant quality food & carrying out to satisfaction, duties in bed.

Try using the hotel address.

When I came back I didn’t have a permanent US address, so just used my Thailand address on all such questions. Didn’t even bother using the BK hotel address.

“Thai baht”, regardless whether the US dollar is low now, it’s still higher than the baht. Good to always follow both governments when it comes to currency. Also when transferring check and try using ACH, American, especially the radical liberal democrat bank, “Bank of America”, fees are high.

in that case be careful in your initial questions. You definitely want all government utility bills mailed to you. If it goes through the property management, they will charge whatever they want which can be up to & beyond 10 times more.

E.G…. I rented an apartment in Chiangmai 15 years ago, if I received the electric bill, would of been around 200 baht as I spent over 3 weeks in the south that month due to the “burning season”, the electric bill I received from the front desk was nearly 10,000 baht and before flying out I turned off the electric breakers. So ask many questions, because property management is encouraged to lie to foreigners.

Consider the long term living aspect for a big family, the south is very expensive. I looked condos many years ago & they started around $400,000 US for a tiny 1 bedroom. You need scout the many provinces much north of Bangkok. You’ll need a house which for a multi-family would be around $300,000 US (unfurnished & not including clean up, most Thais sell their homes filthy) but mid to northern Thailand.

I never file past the first one. The immigration office doesn’t track you so its all on merit. If I were to go Pattaya for a weekend, guessing the hotel would file but once returned to my home in the north end of the country, I won’t bother. Eventually they will get updated with the 90 day.

With every ‘Non-O’ I’ve gotten, only did a “one way flight” with no return or onward. Return flights are usually for Tourists or Exempt.

Didn’t originally come for dental work but surgery. In Bangkok inquired a removal & implant, was quoted around $5000 US. Got a better quote by a dental university near Siam. They don’t speak English & all the work is done by students but was just under $3000 US. However as a note, this is all Thailand double standard overcharging for foreigners, cheaper to just do it in your own country.
