I never file past the first one. The immigration office doesn’t track you so its all on merit. If I were to go Pattaya for a weekend, guessing the hotel would file but once returned to my home in the north end of the country, I won’t bother. Eventually they will get updated with the 90 day.

With every ‘Non-O’ I’ve gotten, only did a “one way flight” with no return or onward. Return flights are usually for Tourists or Exempt.

Didn’t originally come for dental work but surgery. In Bangkok inquired a removal & implant, was quoted around $5000 US. Got a better quote by a dental university near Siam. They don’t speak English & all the work is done by students but was just under $3000 US. However as a note, this is all Thailand double standard overcharging for foreigners, cheaper to just do it in your own country.

they were thai companies when building my house. Have receipts but can’t read Thai. Sorry, it’s all a crap shoot when going with outside companies. Most items outside of construction I try stay with the big companies like HomePro & Do Home as they have guarantees. Something you always have to ask the sales person is about, how long are the guarantees or warranty. Shockingly lots are none once leaving the store or just 30 days. Most manufacturer warranties aren’t honored in Thailand. Careful the fact that most also come with that stamp on the receipt, “no returns, no refunds, no exchanges”. For that reason I don’t use JIB Electronics anymore. Just beware of smaller outside companies & ask lots of questions.

All costs Thailand for “long terms” have increased greatly including medical expenses. However Thai Insurance companies are currently in question because they don’t like to pay out. Something to research at some point as there are lots now placing Ads as they’re getting dropped by clients for violating their own rules for not paying the bills. TiT, not is always what is seems to be or advertised as in Thailand. Good luck.

Just pick somewhere you plan to land at. They just want any address. When I applied I used my home address even though that it wasn’t where I was going nor it could be verified.

Pick something off Agoda for the timeframe but don’t confirm with Agoda.

If need do a ‘play by play’, probably time to get a girlfriend or a dog. (btw) in Thailand, a girlfriend would be cheaper.
