TLDR : Answer Summary
The user faced issues uploading a document to indicate their current location for a Thai e-visa application. Comments suggested using documents that include the user's address, such as a UK driving license, utility bills, or bank statements. The file size must also be under 3MB for successful uploads.
When I came back I didn’t have a permanent US address, so just used my Thailand address on all such questions. Didn’t even bother using the BK hotel address.

Any bill. Bank statement worked for a friend. Make sure it’s accepted format and not too big

When you are inputting the document make sure its smaller than 3mb in size or it won't load. Check the size of your document

As long as you apply in UK with a UK passport you can just upload ID-page of your passport one more time. Also drivers license, utility bill or bank letter with name and address.
