TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form, used for reporting changes in residence, cannot be updated once filed. Instead, a new TM30 form must be submitted by the property owner or leaseholder. Users have mentioned that older TM30 forms may still be acceptable, and it is generally the responsibility of the property owner to file the TM30.
I never file past the first one. The immigration office doesn’t track you so its all on merit. If I were to go Pattaya for a weekend, guessing the hotel would file but once returned to my home in the north end of the country, I won’t bother. Eventually they will get updated with the 90 day.

You don't do it. The owner or leaseholder does it. What is it with people on here. It's only your problem if you're dodgy 555
That’s the resultant PDF of doing a filing online. You asked what the form looked like. The form is for when you are doing a filing in-person at immigration.
That’s gonna depend entirely on the office they’re using. Some offices require a new TM30 when returning from abroad or even if you’ve stayed a night in a hotel in country and returned.

There is no updating a TM30. A property owner can file a TM30. Once filed it cannot be changed. Only a new one can be filed.
