where does the law say it cannot be a loan? As long balance is shown?
As I said, I wouldn’t do it myself. But never heard anyone gotten in trouble for it. But personally I avoid agents, as I have allot of time on my hands.
you should look deeper into it. Although i wouldn’t do it myself, the agent facilitates a temporary loan on paper. Financially it makes sense to keep the 800 in investment rather than rotting in a thai bank account.
Never heard of a shakedowns of this method as technically its legal. But there’s no guarantee, things can change. As they tend to do in Thailand
what hat did you pull that out of. You most definitely have to submit TM47 aka 90 days report on DTV. I can attest to that having done it personally and gotten the requirement verified by immigration.
Any visa except LTR requires TM47 when staying longer than 90 days….
