Go with local office as all can be different. Chiang Mai 100% need to redo even if same address. My last visit there I had to get a TDAC printed out that was checked against the TM30 update

Anonymous participant Jomtien def used to be fine returning ti same address. They flip flopped a few times but from Oct 23 through till late 24 I never redid TM30 and 90 day was fine. The agent is a good idea and ask before renting.

Chiang Mai is a piece of pi55 to do yourself. Takes about 5 minutes at airport. Pretty quick at Central Festival. All you need is passport and TM47 completed.

Yes, it can come down to the particular officer on the day. Chiang Mai though must do TM30 after a overseas trip. It is why the good agents offer it as part of the service
