the author of this post says they paid someone at the bank. They didn’t mention any agent. They said they bribed the employee.

1. The reason is you are supposed to do a TM30 every time you enter the kingdom. It doesn’t have to make sense, the rule is there.

2. What you think doesn’t change that you’re late. It’s just a fine for being late so they don’t have any leniency. They want you to be late. If I’m in an accident but I’m 2 days late… shouldn’t they still be flexible if they were for 1 day? That’s the problem with leniency, where does it stop.
