pretty much the same though! U still apply/receive WP prior to applying for Non B whatever way it is worded! Thks for clarifying though.

dont u get work permit first then that allows for visa? That was how mine worked unless its changed. U get invited to work for company which grants u WP and then u apply for Non B based on work. Similar to when cancelling, u cancel WP first and then are given letter from Labour Dept to take to immigration to cancel visa and get 7 day extension to leave stamp

probably only people who are trying to ‘scam’ the system and are neither! Anyone who is a worker knows they work for someone else and likewise anyone who is freelance know they dont!
