It's your first time in Thailand. Use grab or bolt can be little tricky on first time, because maybe they not found you, try to call you, and you not understand. Just use taxi from airport.
I wouldn't risk my life for this. One time we needed to go to bkk from phuket and flight full and my wife say let's go taxi and I said you sure the taxi drive can drive 9 hours?? She say sure sure and after 4 hours he almost sleep while drive.
