TLDR : Answer Summary
This thread discusses recommendations for agents who can assist in obtaining a proof of residence in Bangkok. Several users suggest going to the relevant immigration office directly, especially if the individual is on a long-term visa and has completed the necessary TM30 registration and 90-day report. Specific agents mentioned include Eyal Tikva MOTS in Pattaya and the Thai Visa Centre. Alternative suggestions point towards obtaining accommodation to simplify the process without the need for an agent.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Join the Thai Visa Advice Facebook Group to ask your questions, and get advice from others.

Stay at least 3 month, then go to the Immigration office.

Everyone asks for agents what will happen if at immigration offices everyone will get fingerprinted and photo taken so as to match those on arrival at the border or airport ? The technology is there it just hasn’t been implemented

Go to the office where your TM30 is registered and get certificate of residence assuming you are on long term visa or extension, you may also have to have lodged a 90 day notification

I’ll let others say if there are any. In Bangkok you can’t usually get a proof of residence unless you’re on a long term visa/extension and have done a 90 day report.
