How can I find an attorney to help with buying a condo in Thailand while staying abroad?
I'm buying condo from real estate agency. I need attorney that will arrange all the process (fet document from bank and transfer the condo on my name). Important to know I'm stay abroad and want everything will done from distance. Any recommend on someone?

yes a foreign national can own a condominium as long as it is within the Foreign quotaCondominiums are separate from land and houses

Ah sorry, I have a recommendation for Pattaya. Suggest you just speak to agent and judge for yourself. They've been in business long enough to understand what you need and can advise
