TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks recommendations for an attorney to facilitate the purchase of a condo in Thailand from abroad. Comments suggest that the real estate agency may handle most processes, and specific law firms like Isaan Lawyers and Siam Legal are recommended for their expertise in real estate transactions and working with international clients.

Ah sorry, I have a recommendation for Pattaya. Suggest you just speak to agent and judge for yourself. They've been in business long enough to understand what you need and can advise
