Confused question. I received non o visa based on marriage from immigration. I entered Thailand and recived 90 days and i go immigration and make this multiple entry. I only come every 2 month for max 14 days so the 90 it's ok for me what I don't understand, this e-visa I received is for 3 month, the non o stamp on my passport is for 3 month also. What I'm missing? How I can have non o that ok for 1 years but just for 90 days every entry. (And no, I don't want the tourist visa)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about the Non-O visa process in Thailand, specifically regarding the validity periods. They have received a Non-O visa based on marriage but are unsure why it only allows for a 90-day stay per entry. Comments clarify that Non-O visas are initially issued for 90-day stays, and the only way to attain a longer stay is to apply for a 1-year extension while in Thailand, which requires meeting specific financial conditions. The previous practice of obtaining a 1-year Non-O visa with multiple entries no longer exists, and users must adapt to the updated e-visa system.

They don't sell the 1 year non O any more. You buy the 90 day visa and then fulfill the requirements for 1 year extension before the 90 day stamp expires.

Previously you could get a 1 year multiple entry extension based on marriage that gave you 90 days every time you entered Thailand but since the move to the evisa system this is no longer available. A single entry 90 day Non-O visa is all that is available now, and you can then extend that for 12 months inside Thailand. But you have to time that well, combined with re-entry permits to get this to work if you are in and out frequently

You confuse a Non-O visa that is valid for a 90 day entry with a 1 year extension of stay. Different animals, different requirements.

There's no such thing as a 1 year non-O. Non-O visas are all 90 days.

If you want more time than that, you go to your immigration office and ask them for their list of requirements to apply for the 1-year extension. Then you apply for the extension based on their list of requirements. Then you can purchase a re-entry permit for the extension. You would have to extend every year. Likely by showing 800,000 baht a bank account in Thailand.
