Louie, just a thought to suggest. You've been here for about 4 years, I'm sure you already have some close trusted friends who maybe could advance 400k in good faith, if not, you got collateral on your fixed assets. I had to put 800k no choice been here since 2013. I'm sure you'll figure it out. Cheers.
