1 where it says public taxi. You have to choose a line either regular or bigger taxi. The machine prints a ticket that says in which parking spot your taxi is waiting. The ticket also shows the driver’s name. Take a photo of the ticket in case the driver takes it away from you and then trying to rip you off. Happened to me once when a metered driver turned off the meter after we started the ride. Yeah, it’s broken. Told him to let me out at the nearest location in thai and the meter magically fixed itself. If I was a normal tourist he would probably successfully scammed me with me having evidence of his identity. It only happened once and I only take taxi when i arrive after the railway closed. Most of them are honest and appreciative tips for good service

Once they told me in Phuket that I’m too early and should come again. I said that i will be traveling and that korat immigration is a pain to find. They said ok, here’s your stamp lol

Cognitive issues

I was traveling around for a few months to see potential places. Now in the central hub of bandkok which isn’t the first choice for many. But I love it and i I need good health care which I didn’t find anywhere else as convenient as here 🙏

scheinbar hat die Bangkok bank keine Vertretung in der schweiz. Dafür hat wise ein konto bei JP morgan chase in zürich. Das Geld ist also erst im Ausland, wenn i h es von wise auf mein thai Konto schicke ( gebühren erst bei currency Exchange in thb. Diese sind jedoch nicht soo teuer und werden transparent vor dem Wechsel kommuniziert. Nicht so bei meinerschweizer bank 😂

is thought our(swiss) banks are the worst. But fun fact: if I choose bank transfer to wise, i pay from my swiss bank to an American bank branch in Switzerland so it’s a domestic transaction which is free but impossible on weekends ( their computers need a rest, I guess)

yeah. But even back when i was a walking person, i left planes as the past pax because i let the ones fight for being first to exit. Eco class people start running as soon as the plane hits the runway 😂
