: Visa expiry and 90-day reporting should be treated separately. If you extend your visa, your 90-day reporting is still in Jan. 90-day resets everytime you leave Thailand.

Thanks for the update. Thankfully, I arrived at BKK airport last night and no questions asked. I didn't have a ticket flying out of Thailand either.

It's option 1. They will stamp for 180 days per entry. Multiple entries for 5 years.

If you are leaving before or on that day, no need to do 90-day report.
