Anonymous participant I was in Sweden for a few weeks this summer but couldn’t apply because I don’t have an address there. I would just call them. They were super helpful.

Are you still registered in Sweden and have an address there? I contacted the Thai embassy in Sweden a month ago. For applying there you need that document from the tax authorities that shows your permanent residency. Forgot what it’s called but if you’re from Sweden I am sure you know it.

Did you ask them if they still accept a scan of the visa stamp as proof of location? Must be possible otherwise no one besides people who actually live in Vietnam permanently could apply.
