Applying for DTV online. I’m Swedish citizen but working for a Switzerland company . Where should I apply Sweden or Switzerland? I’m currently in Thailand but will leave before I apply ? Could I stay in a neighboring country while my application is processing?

but if I want to apply online it has to be on Thai embassy in my own country right ? Because there is no option online to apply in other locations.. it’s only walk in application

Are you still registered in Sweden and have an address there? I contacted the Thai embassy in Sweden a month ago. For applying there you need that document from the tax authorities that shows your permanent residency. Forgot what it’s called but if you’re from Sweden I am sure you know it.

yes I’m still registered in Sweden . But my work is freelance in Switzerland.. yes I think I know what document you mean .. I think it’s called extraction from population register

Anonymous participant you can’t apply in Thailand. And while agents can deal with this for you by way of payment, if you try while here it’s likely to be rejected. It’s all about who you know not what you know.
