My Embassy in Canberra, Australia asked for a better copy of my passport scan and a medical appointment confirmation letter.

I sent the scan and my appointment slip (I re-sent this earlier so I assumed they made an error). 45 min later I got another request for just the appointment confirmation letter. I contacted the Bangkok Hospital and got a proper confirmation letter and sent it and didn't hear back so seemingly they accepted it.

On the eVisa application portal it says the status is Processing, Pending Approval.

I'd imagine the process would be fairly quick now that we're at this stage right?

Anyone have experience using the evisa system in Cambodia? Wondering if the processing time is really 5 business days? Saw someone in Ho Chi Minh get theirs back in 2 days. Also wondering if the documentation they are requiring is the same of if they are asking for more now.

Also, I think there is a Thai public holiday on Monday. That means their international embassies will be closed too right?

Hey all

Looking to apply for digital nomad 5 year visa for my fiancé and me and my daughter as a dependent. But I am wondering if the amount that needs to be prooved is all together or do we need to proove that amount separately?

I am also wondering if my fiance can apply for his and when we are married we can apply for ours (marriage is a month or two before we fly) and roughly how long it takes. Not sure if I should start the process yet or not, as we are aiming to leave to travel around March times.

Finally, does anyone know of any agencies I can go through?

Thank you!

*IMPORTANT* Info from HCMC Embassy.

I emailed the HCMC embassy with some questions.

They emailed me back with some very important info regarding the processing time.

If you apply before Oct, it will take 2 business days.

If you apply after Oct, it seems it can take 30 days.

They are implementing a new E-visa system from Oct.

Glad I emailed.

My British passport expires early next year, so I decided to renew it while I was back in the UK for a few months. I applied on-line, paid £82.50 for the standard service, and sent my old passport to an address in Corby, on 23 May. I received an e-mail advising me at each stage of the process, and received my new passport, and my old passport back, this morning, 6 June. That is a fortnight, only 14 days, from when I applied! I am quite impressed.
