Can I put 2 sources of income stream on application? I work remotely for a UK based company for 3 years now, but the contract only states zero hr contract and casual worker. I also work on an online teaching site as a freelancer, don't really earn anything but does show I have some income. I was wondering if I could, or should show both. I have payslips for the zero hr contract work, and a profile and earnings spreadsheet generated by online platform job.
I was having issues with missing documents as they were requesting a birth certificate, but it was going to take up 4 weeks for me to receive from my government.
Sent them a word document with the information above and I got called in for an interview.
I made it very clear that I was only working and taking money from my own country and other countries, not Thailand. The interviewer said “I’m very happy you understand that”, check my bank balance and I was approved one minute after walking outside of the embassy!
I am in a very unique situation where I won an unemployment tribunal on the basis of severe bullying from management that I decided to whistle blow on. I'm posting anonymously as I had to sign an NDA.
The money was paid to me in a lump sum of $150,000 from my company and then I had a four month gap in between where I received no new income as I was living on this settlement payment.
I now have a new role and I'm an employed remote worker. Majority of that settlement payment was given to family members. So I only have around 30,000 left.
Do you think immigration would accept or understand being paid a large assessment payment as a result of an employment tribunal as an acceptable source of income, if there were a few months in between where I received no income at all and was unemployed?
Do you think I should explain this to them especially considering I signed a NDA or do you think this will just make them see me as complex and it is better off saying that I was just paid off a large redundancy payment?
I have the 500k THB in my bank account, so i just need to provide the earning money while living abroad, Would receiving regular income from either of the following qualify me for the DTV
