Can I use rental income from my apartments in my home country to qualify for the DTV visa in Thailand?
Hello, I’m thinking if I can put income from my two apartments that I rent in holiday tourist places in my country for DTV visa ? Or just go for soft power ?

If you actively manage the apartments yourself and don't use an agent or service to do that you can use them to apply under workation
