> Hi everyone!

I applied for a DTV at the Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv, and they requested:

*Please upload the original guarantee letter from the accountant of the freelancer’s company with his/her certified (English*)

The thing is, I don’t currently have an accountant since I run a small business. Can I just hire one to issue the required letter, and would that be sufficient?

Has anyone here had a similar experience?

Thank ya all!!

I am applying for a three-month visa, the Embassy has asked me for a letter describing the purpose of my stay and its program. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy. My question is whether to send the letter separately to the Embassy or is there a way to attach it to the visa application?

Visa approved - Thai Embassy in Vienna - Austria

Soft Power Route with Muay Thai (6-month course)

Documents submitted (on Sunday and paid immediately)

• 3-month bank statements from my savings account with far more than the required 500k.

• Documents provided by the Muay Thai Center (a reputable company with hundreds of DTV visa graduates)

• Passport + photo

• Current telephone billing

After 9 business days, on a Friday, further document requests arrived:

• Hometown Registration form (just the telephone billing was obviously not enough; I hadn't thought of that at first)

• Muay Thai course syllabus

• Thai company business establishment document (Thai DBD issued within 6 months)

The Thai DBD was initially included, but dated August 2024.

I immediately contacted the Muay Thai Center, and they helped me immediately and promised quick assistance. The very next day, I had the course syllabus and the DBD document.

8 business days later, the status changed from document review to pending approval.

1 business day later, at 4:00 p.m., I received the visa.

So, in total, it took 18 business days.

I would like to thank everyone; the group is very helpful and also helps me be patient and get a little familiar with the process without getting nervous.

See you in Thailand 🙂

QUESTIONS RE AUSTRALIA & AGENT

🙏

Hello! I’ve searched the group which is very helpful but I haven’t found an answer to these specifically.

I am wanting to apply at the Thai Embassy in Australia for a soft power DTV (currently in Thailand on Ed visa) so will go home to Australia when my Ed visa expires and apply so I can continue my Muay Thai training (DTV wasn’t a thing when I applied for my Ed)

1. Does anyone have any recommendations for an agent they used and were successful using for Australia specifically???

2. My partner is working here on a work visa and supporting me and our baby so I don’t have an income currently as I’m a stay at home mum. But I have the required $$$ in my bank. I am hoping an agent can assist with my documents to best explain this situation ect because I understand even with soft power they are now asking how you intend to support yourself. We are not married by paper but considered defacto under Australian law which the Thai embassy have already told me is not a problem when I emailed them as we share a bank account. Has anyone had any success in a similar situation in Australia?

3. Any other infomation those who were successful in Australia would like to share that I haven’t seen already in search function 🙂

I will be applying soon in Warsaw, Poland. I’m polish citizen. My plan:

-biodata of passport ( should I add photo of page showing that I left Thailand??)

- photo taken one day before applications

- copy of polish id and sworn translation of my residency in Poland

- sworn translation bank statement indicating amount of 530 000 bht

-employment certificate ( not work agreement because I have low salary) written in English with information from my employer that I can work remotely in Thailand-should this be sworn translation also?

- documents indicating that my company has active status from tax office (should this be also sworn translation to English?

I will appreciate Any feedback .

Edit-all documents should be merged into one pdf file?

Regards
