If anyone has experience of registering for TM30, how long did it take to get the email that activates your login?

Just found it! It went into my junk folder.

Closing.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original post inquired about the duration for receiving the email activation for TM30 registration. The response indicated that the email went to the junk folder. Comments varied, with some users discussing their experiences with the TM30 process. Key points included the requirement of personal registration for the first TM30 submission, while subsequent notifications could be done online. There was also clarification about the responsibilities between tenants and property owners regarding submission.

I was told for your very first one you have to do in person(which I did and took no more than 10 mins blue house book, wife's ID card and wife 😁 and your own passport all photocopied) at your local immigration then if you every leave and stay away from said property you can do it on line then once you have got yourself an account you can login and do on line,Am staying at wife's family home..

There is no requirement to do your first in person. Perhaps you are confusing it with a 90 day report.

Technically it is the responsibility of the house /property owner to file.

Well that’s something specific about the Korat office. It isn’t needed to do in person.

Gary Baldy Wilkinson the first 90 days has to be done in Person. If he is living in his own house with his spouse. She has to do it. And can do it only. For me it was to complicated to do it. We went to the immigration.
