I'm looking into the DTV. I'm an American digital nomad running a YT channel and online music teaching program as a sole proprietor. Pretty DIY so my proof of work would be my YouTube channel and teaching site. I'm not an LLC or anything. Will this cause any issues?

Anyone get approved while working as an online teacher? I dont have a contract per se as I often work through the teacher marketplaces, alongside some private students

I have been living and working in Thailand now for 20+ years, I have a full time job with a visa, and work permit. However, I want to move to our home in the north of Thailand and teach online full-time to European students. I know I have several options for visas but do I need a work permit? And if so how can I get one if I'm not working for a Thai company and I'm working on an online platform? I was hoping the new DTV visa would solve this problem but it seems, according to others on here, that the DTV visa is only for those who are employed remotely by a foreign company.

Hi all, just a quick bit of advice on work visa, a mate of mine back in the UK wants to retire here but wants to carry on teaching English online (save the bordom) can he get a work visa for this as I cannot find any info on working online visa? Looks like Thailand's behind the times on this one? Many thanks
