What is the process for applying for a DTV visa for a digital self-employed role in Thailand?

Would anyone have experience with applying for a DTV for a digital self employed role you want to build from scratch and develop? I am a Senior Experienced Teacher in my home country and can show 15 years of employment history in that role, in schools. My intent is to develop a small online teaching (probably English) business probably in the China market. I will have funds to live and this will just be a sideline. Maybe a visa agent would be my best bet. Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about the process of applying for a DTV visa for someone looking to start an online teaching business from scratch in Thailand. The user has a strong background as an experienced teacher and plans to primarily target the China market. There are suggestions from the community regarding initially applying under a 'soft power' activity before setting up the business and ensuring not to work with Thai clients directly.

If you don't have a remote employee status, first apply with a soft power activity and then set up your company.

Just make sure to not work with or for thai clients.

So first make your plan reality.. Or apply under soft power.

Currently you don't have remote work, you have the idea of possible remote work.
