How can I successfully apply for a DTV Workcation/Freelancer visa in Thailand?

My DTV Workcation / Freelancer visa was approved in Buenos Aires, Argentina! 🎉🇹🇭

I applied on 6/10 and got approved on 14/10.

I’m an Argentine online yoga and meditation teacher. I wanted to share how I presented my work, in case it helps someone preparing their application.

I created a simple PDF portfolio with:

• A short professional biography.

• Screenshots of my Insight Timer profile, courses and live events.

• A clear explanation of how students find me, contact me and book online sessions.

• Examples of past and recent private clients, with testimonials and booking evidence.

• A signed agreement for future online teaching.

• Professional reference letters.

I also submitted bank statements, evidence of my current balance, a financial support letter from my father and a page showing joint ownership of an apartment.

I used a free tool called PDF24 to merge my PDFs. For each document I uploaded, I included a short cover letter explaining what it contained, so everything was easy to follow.

The only document I was asked to resubmit was my Argentine criminal record certificate, with legalization by Argentina’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

My approach was to use simple language and show what I do, how my online work operates, and the evidence behind it.
