Hi everyone, sorry for a question. my parents are willing to sponsor me for 500,000 baht to obtain a bank deposit certificate for my DTV application. Can they transfer the funds a few days before my application? Can I print out a current account bank deposit certificate and write a sponsorship letter to use for the DTV application?
I am presently waiting for my approval for the DTV. Once approved (hopefully) I plan to sponsor my husband and children. Do I need to prove the 500k baht for each person? Thanks! (FYI applying as a digital nomad)
Hello, regarding the 15k usd / 500k baht, what are the seasoning rules? Can I just put the money in my daughters account for one month then she use it to show she has the funds?
Taipei was great but you should have all your documentation and perfect digital/paper trail from invoices and receipts with names and a trail into your bank account.
Entered Suvarnabhumi woth printed e-visa and zero issues or questions.
Hi everyone! I want to apply for the DTV visa, but I have a question about the 500k THB requirement.
Currently I am listed as a manager of a bank account in my dads name, with an official letter from my bank stating that I myself have direct access to all funds (which surpasses above 500k THB).
The funds have been on the account for a period longer than 6 months, but the problem is that the bank can only put my dads name in the bank statement, but I have the letter I mentioned previously attached (again, showing I have direct and full access to all the funds in the account).
Would this be sufficient when applying for the DTV visa?
I'm hired as a remote contractor. My company can provide Employment letter, however, I only worked there for 2 months. I have proof of requirement for 500k baht savings already.
Wondering if I'll absolutely need payslips for the last 6 months.
Note that i get paid in digital currency so im not sure how i can show salary payment in bank account. I do have tax returns for my prior employment years, though it wasnt remote.
I’m currently based in Hanoi and I’m planning to apply for the Remote Worker Visa myself. However, I’ve heard of many cases where applications for this visa have been rejected, which makes me a bit hesitant. I’ve been in Hanoi for one year and I want to leave soon.
Would you recommend working with an agent to handle the process? Or would it be better to try and find a Thai gym to sponsor me instead? Is my one year status could affect my application? Anyone with the same experience
I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations you might have. I’m eager to move forward soon, but I find the official website a bit confusing.
Hi everyone. Quick question for anyone that has done it this way. As I know in Dubai it was possible, but not sure in south east Asia.
Applying for a DTV the freelancer route, can my father be my sponsor and show proof of his funds in addition to my funds so it makes it to 500K? We will show his passport copy and everything that links them to me. I am over 28, so not sure this only applies to under 20s.
