Can my Canadian corporation sponsor my girlfriend for a Thai DTV visa with corporate funds?

I’m a Canadian citizen applying for the DTV through Vancouver. I own 50% of a Canadian corporation and work remotely.

For my application, I submitted:
* 3 months of corporate bank statements well above 500,000 THB
* corporate sponsorship letter
* proof I’m a shareholder/director
* incorporation documents
* professional portfolio

The consulate came back asking for **3 consecutive months of PERSONAL bank statements** showing 500,000 THB+ at the end of each month.

Most of my funds are kept inside the corporation, not my personal account.

Has anyone successfully had a Thai consulate accept a **company bank account + corporate sponsorship letter** instead of personal statements?

Also, my girlfriend is a **Mexican citizen living legally in Canada on a study permit**. She does not personally have enough funds to meet the DTV financial requirement.

Is there any way for **my corporation to financially sponsor her DTV as well**, using the same business bank account and a corporate sponsorship letter, even though we are not married?

Also wondering:
* Can she apply from Canada while on a study permit, or does she need to apply from Mexico?
* Has anyone successfully used a company as financial sponsor for a girlfriend/partner’s DTV?
* Does the sponsor need to be a spouse/family member, or can it be a corporation?

I’d probably reach out directly to the consulate regarding this but I wouldn’t be too hopeful regarding having your business sponsor you or your girlfriend as I assume she also isn’t employed by or associated with the company.

You're not the sharpest tool in the shed.

The requirements are very clear.

The 500,000 THB requirement is personal funds. If you don't have this, you don't qualify.

And why in the world would you think your company could "sponsor" your non-employee girlfriend for a visa?

The DTV is a long stay TOURIST visa. There is no "sponsor" for anything.

They want to make sure every applicant can support himself or herself and won't work in Thailand.

You don't have the money and your girlfriend needs to be able to qualify on her own
