What supporting financial documents should I submit for my DTV Workcation application as a UK Ltd company owner?

For Workcation they ask for three months bank with five hundred thousand baht, but that is just minimum. Since you have UK Ltd, your company bank and personal bank both matter. If clients pay Ltd then you pay yourself, officers want to see that chain is real.

So it is better to add more than just bank. Add three months personal bank where salary comes, three months Ltd company bank, plus client invoices, payslips and P60. This shows money is from real work and comes to you every month. Upload them as one combined file if system allows.

Don't forget to write a letter on company letterhead giving yourself permission to work remotely in Thailand. Also state that you will not do any work for Thai companies or Thai citizens and will abide by all local laws and regulations.

As a UK Ltd company owner, I recommend including your personal bank statements showing at least 500,000 THB, company registration documents, client invoices, payslips and relevant business financial records.

The most important thing is that all your documents support each other and clearly demonstrate where your income comes from.

I recommend highlighting relevant incoming payments on your bank statements and matching them to the corresponding invoices, payslips or company records. This creates a clear, traceable connection between your business activities, earnings and personal finances.

A well-prepared application should allow the embassy to understand who pays you, what services you provide, how you receive your income and how your business operates remotely, without having to make assumptions.

The 500k needs to be in a personal account. Then you use the business account, invoices etc to justify the purpose of the visa

I submitted the last 2 years tax returns for the company (SA302's/SA100's with my Tax Computations from my accountant), as well as 6 months business bank statements and invoices (I then highlighted each invoice payment on my bank statements for the Embassy's ease). I then also provided my Personal Tax Return showing the dividend/salary paid to me by my company for the last 2 years as well. I havn't provided my personal current accounts at all, only the savings account statement with the £12k+ funds in there (and as the London embassy nor my agent has requested personal current account statements).
