Will I face issues at the border if I didn't do my 90-day report for my DTVisa in Thailand?

I have DTVisa and I didn't do 90days report Iast time I was in Thailand. I'm planning to come back soon and I know I have to pay the 2000thb fine next time when I'm in immigration. But may I have some problems on the border? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please, let me know about your experience. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The majority of responses indicate that failing to complete the 90-day report while on a DTVisa in Thailand may not cause any issues at the border upon re-entry. Many commenters suggest that officers at airports typically do not check for 90-day compliance when entering or exiting the country. Instead, any potential penalties are more likely to arise if the traveler needs to visit an immigration office for another reason. Travelers with similar experiences have reported no significant problems as long as they comply with the requirements during their next stay.

Everytime you enter Thailand it resets the 90 days. So on the system only your latest entry is counted for 90 days. So you should be fine. Just go for the next 90 days report when it's due and do it as it's your first time doing the 90 days report and you'll be fine. They won't fine you for the last 90 days report as in their system your 90 days is counted from your latest entry and on dtv there is only one 90 days report per entry unless you're extending the DTV in Thailand for another 6 months. So relax and act dumb!

99% of time nobody see and say anything. And immigration never check. You can have a problem when doing your next report. But it will only be a little financial problem

Previously I had a six month visa and never reported once to immigration the entire time. Was able to leave the country and return again without issue. Not saying it’s correct… just saying that entering and leaving the country it isn’t an issue if you reported or not… it’s more a case of If something happened whilst you’re in country and it is noticed that you didn’t report, THEN it’s a big problem.

You have a 7 day window to report if you left in that window you wont have an issue at immigration next time - the border wont give you any issues they dont deal with 90 day report.

Are you saying that if you're up to 7 days late and you don't report but leave a country you don't owe a fine in the future?

For me the information I have seen: if you go over 90 days and have not reported you may be fined. Typically the next time you go to the immigration or do a 90-day report.

I just wish they would get rid of these altogether...

you can report 15 days early and up to 7 days past. Yes if you leave in that 7 day window you will not be fined is my understanding as well if you report in the 7 day window you will also not be fined

Not true, you are allowed to report 7 days late, but not reporting is something different than late reporting. When you do not report at all you are outside that 7 day window.

The officers at the airport don't care about 90-day reports. Both when you are entering, and when you are exiting. It's only at an immigration office when you are there for something else that you can get dinged on this.

But if you already left and returned, then it would take an eagle eyed officer to notice that you failed to report the last time it was due. That means you should play dumb and never mention it. Just do what you need to do there, and if they don't notice it, you get to keep the 2000 baht you brought just incase.

I would say no problems about the 90 day report at the border when you try to enter Thailand.

No idea what else you did wrong.

สมองควาย ๒๕๖๘ You explain him otherwise, no problem for me:

The Question "But may I have some problems on the border?"

I do not have the correct answer as there is no information.

You don't have to pay a fine if you already left the country. The timer resets when you enter again. Don't worry about it. You won't have any issues.

That's not quite true. If you failed to file a report, you can still be fined if an officer notices you did not do it. But the odds of them noticing is quite low.
