I will certainly appreciate your helpful insight ! 🙏🙏 As an American citizen, I plan to apply for O-X visa from Europe, the Thai embassy in France tells me that it would be difficult, if not impossible, because it requires a bank account in Thailand with a Thai bank. And hence, they suggest me first apply for one-year visa with multiple entries, open a bank account in Thailand and afterwards, apply for O-X visa.

However, someone in this group shared earlier that he applied for DTV visa from Vietnam and his foreign bank account worked. And a visa agency in Taiwan tells me a bank account from Taiwan would work. (I'm also a Taiwan citizen)

I need some insights on this, especially as the Thai embassy reminds me that if I fail to submit the exact documents, the *€*350 fee isn't refundable. (the staff is patient with my concerns and super friendly 😃)

I like to extend my tourist visa for another 30days and have a few questions.

I live in Phuket town which is the best office to go I have 3 small kids who will join the appointment and would rather not wait for hours outside in the heat..2Where can I pick up the paper copy application to exstend or do I just print my own at print shop? I am hopefully entering Japan with a transit in Thailand for 6 hours, some time end of this month, and I had a few queries, if anyone could help.

1. I am using a self transfer flight from my home country to Thailand, and Thailand to Japan. Since it is a self transfer, will I be needing a transit visa for Thailand? The gap between both flights are 6 hours.

2. If I need a transit visa, will the visa be given on arrival or should I apply from my home country?

Hello there, I plan to go to Phuket to visit my 3 year old son and my partner soon after two years apart, they are Thai Nationals.

I am in Australia and am not fully vaccinated.

I am doing the form but not sure what dates I put on number 14.

For not fully vaccinated travellers, do you get insurance and book an SHA hotel for 5 days and just arrive in Thailand?

Any help would be appreciated.
