I like to extend my tourist visa for another 30days and have a few questions.

  I live in Phuket town which is the best office to go I have 3 small kids who will join the appointment and would rather not wait for hours outside in the heat..2Where can I pick up the paper copy application to exstend or do I just print my own at print shop? Are we able to book appoint online or just walk in and wait only  thanks for your help.

I notice there was a sign in central festival mall is this office an option as well it's the closest to me ...I have never seen the office thought as I didn't search for it. Also can I pick up a paper copy at these offices ? Thanks
