How can I obtain an e-ticket from Norse for my Thailand tourist visa application?
Hi
I’m flying with Norse and the email confirmation for my flight has not been accepted for my 60 day tourist visa and they are requesting an e-ticket, I have emailed Norse for this but has anyone had anything similar and how did you get round this. Thanks in advance ✈️

I presume you get 30 days exempt? You could then apply for an extension in Thailand.

OPPhil Wilson unfortunately airlines are letting people board without the right visa at many UK airports so we need to do this as not risking not being able to board etc

We're with norse. On the site you can open your confirmation of flight booking and save as a PDF. ours got accepted that way

Phil Wilson thats why you attach the pdf of the ticket, they are not interested in emails.

How odd. I fly with Qatar and get my E-Ticket within minutes of booking.

If there's nowhere for an explanation, write it in Word, convert that to a PDF and merge it with the PDF you intend sending. Note though that, just because one embassy has accepted a PDF confirmation doesn't mean that a different embassy will. We see this all the time when people are dealing with different immigration offices within Thailand - they all make up their own rules and give out different information. Example: The Royal Thai Embassy in London's website states: Please note that eligible passport holders are allowed to enter Thailand under the Visa Exemption Scheme only twice within a calendar year. That is not true.

OPPhil Wilson I know my dad has a nightmare yearly, takes the same stuff to immigration as the year before and rules haven’t changed and they are like nope we need another copy or this or that haha

FancyPhoenix4860 As you will have seen, on most, if not all sections where you are required to send in documents, you can only upload one. To get around that you can merge PDF documents into one using free online tools such as PDF Free and Merge PDF - just search for merge PDF's free. If you are not able to write a PDF document, as I said, write in in word and use similar free online tools to convert it to a PDF and then merge it, and the airline PDF into one document. Your daughter may be aware of the above already. This is just one craziness of many on official Thai websites......... example: on some applications they ask for 3 bank statements but only allow you to upload one. Thailand 🤣.

OPThere’s no where to explain and just an upload link bit, I’ve found a pdf now it doesn’t have an e-ticket number like they are asking but another lady said they accepted this from her so fingers crossed 🤞

Yes, I'm flying with Norse too. I asked them to send confirmation and they did.

Can you log in to your booking and download the ticket? I always get an e-ticket confirmation, with airlines I use.

FancyPhoenix4860 download their app and you have everything there. Or log onto their website with your confirmationnumber and last name and you have everything you need there.
