TLDR : Answer Summary
The general consensus is that no medical examination, including a tuberculosis test, is required for a Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage in Thailand. For UK settlement (spouse) visa inquiries, it's recommended to seek information in a group focused on UK visas.

If you're talking about a UK settlement (spouse) visa you should post in a different group. This group is about visas for Thailand.
