How can a family of four, including a 20-year-old, apply for visas to move to Thailand under the current regulations?

Hey, I’m looking to move to Thailand with my husband, which works online, my 3 sons 14, 17, 20.
Just came across this page 👌 thanks for all the solid information 💯 I’m hoping to move in the next 4 months I see I will probably have to do 2 applications over my done been 20? Could I do the both together so they know we will be together in the the same house?

Oh thank you so much, I just thought the husband would apply and then we add our information in his application 😩 so he applies, gets approved and then we apply for our ones and add his number of approval. We are just at the start of the journey, thanks for the information just all different bits of information I’m seeing. I see a few getting an agent to do the paper work so you get it right the first time.

Everyone needs to make their own application. Assuming you won't work and your husband will be the primary applicant he needs to apply and be approved first then the rest of you apply quoting his DTV reference number. The 20 year old though will have to find their own visa independent of the rest of you so that needs some thought.

Technically, you do all 5 applications separately.  The first applicant has to either be a remote worker or on a soft power.  Once accepted, the spouse and two younger sons can then each apply separately as dependents of the initial applicant.  The 20 year old would need to apply as a digital nomad/remote worker or under a soft power completely separate
